I want to enable people to cope with the stresses of modern life. For me it isn’t about disengaging from the world we live in. Instead it about heightening our energy levels and creating space within our busy lives. By doing this we can be successful, happy and efficient!

Yoga has taught me so many valuable lesson but ultimating it has given me a clear sense of purpose and focus. Through my practice I have learnt techniques to either calm my system down or ‘zoop’ it up depending on what is my aim for the day or moment.

The breathing techniques have meant that I no longer need to use an inhaler and have complemented my training as an actress and singer. Through my teaching I hope to guide students so that they can use yoga to enhance their lives. It is a tool that is always dependable and reliable.
