During my Acting training at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School I realised the overlap between the two disciplines was uncanning. I find myself incorporating the techniques I learnt as a yoga teacher into my acting work. The two worlds complement each other beautifully.
These classes will help with the stress and anxiety of auditions, the after show buzz you need to switch off from, maintaining vocal health and flexibility and of course ‘resting time’.
Having coping strategies and techniques to help and improve these things is the best way to lead a long, successful and happy career!
