I found Beth as a teacher a number of years ago. Back then, I was finding it hard to motivate myself to exercise, to focus, I was in a tough place emotionally, a bit lost! I was a complete beginner to yoga. Beth was amazing, explaining everything clearly and simply. Yoga helped me so much with my body, but the big surprise was how it benefited me emotionally! In time, I got back to my old self, and have found a new passion for exercise! Yoga is great and Beth is the person to take you on that journey!
